Now serving as the Area Maintenance Supervisor for Southern Utah, Floyd oversees maintenance operations at The Vue at Desert Color, City View, and 605 Place. He takes great pride in leading his team, maintaining beautiful communities, and ensuring residents receive prompt, high-quality service. When he's not at work, Floyd enjoys spending time with his family, especially his grandson, and his beloved dog.

With years of experience in maintenance, construction, and leadership, Bobby brings a wealth of knowledge to his role as Maintenance Technician at The Vue at Desert Color. Before joining the team, he served as a Maintenance Supervisor for a year and a half and as a Maintenance Technician for one year at Zion, where he developed a strong reputation for quality workmanship and dependable service. Bobby is also a licensed contractor in Arkansas with over 10 years of experience, giving him a well-rounded background in residential maintenance and home improvement. Outside of work, Bobby enjoys exploring Southern Utah's incredible landscapes. A former member of the National Park Service Search and Rescue team in Zion, he has a passion for hiking, canyoneering, and reaching mountain summits, especially Lady Mountain. Whether he's capturing scenic photos or making memories on his latest adventure, Bobby's love for the outdoors is evident in everything he does.

Connor is a dedicated real estate professional with 2½ years of experience spanning both commercial and residential markets. Known for his strong work ethic and client-first approach, he brings the same level of commitment and attention to detail to every transaction, whether helping a family find their first home or guiding a business through a commercial acquisition.
