Maintenance
Yes. We have a highly skilled maintenance staff. We offer 24/7 maintenance emergency service.
We encourage our residents to place a work order through the online resident portal on our property website. You can also stop by the leasing office during business hours to place your work order.
All work orders are responded to within 24 hours, depending on the nature of the work order, we try to have all completed within 24 hours but some came take up to 72 hours to resolve.
No, you can provide us with permission to enter which will allow maintenance to complete your work order without you being present.
We do not service after hours lock outs. You can use the smart home app to help troubleshoot the issue with your lock. Our smart locks will warn you by blinking red when running low on battery. Make sure you enter an online work order for our maintenance team when this happens and we will be happy to switch them out for you.
You are allowed to decorate your new home. We do not allow walls and ceilings to be painted; they must stay the existing color. All modifications, i.e., nail holes, to the apartment will be charged at the time of move-out if it is not restored to its original condition.
At The Vue at Desert Color in St. George, UT, after-hours maintenance emergencies are urgent issues that may affect resident safety, essential services, or cause damage to the apartment community. Examples may include:
- No electricity throughout the apartment
- No water throughout the apartment
- No heat during severe cold weather, generally when the outside temperature is below 45°F and the interior apartment temperature is 65°F or below
- No air conditioning during extreme heat, where applicable, generally when the exterior temperature is above 85°F and the apartment will not cool below 80°F
- Refrigerator not cooling
- Water entering the apartment or active flooding
- Electrical sparks or a potential fire hazard
- A non-working toilet in an apartment with only one bathroom
- Situations where resident safety is at risk, such as a break-in with damaged locks or windows
- Standing ice in parking areas, sidewalks, breezeways, or stairs
For non-urgent maintenance requests, residents should submit a work order through the online resident portal or contact the leasing office during regular business hours.

1 mandatory covered carport is assigned to each apartment home at $55/ month. Additional parking is available for $15/ monthly per additional vehicle and are on a first come first serve basis.
All apartment homes include a washer and dryer.
Yes, we are a pet friendly community. We use Pet Screening services for pet approval and record your pet DNA.

We love pets and welcome all cats and most dog breeds. All PEG Property Group communities abide by Breed Restrictions; The owner reserves the right to restrict breeds and types of animals. Currently restricted animals include all dogs that are full or partially: Akita, Argentinian Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd Dog, Mastiff, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull, Pit Mix and Rottweiler. Others may be added.
No, there is not a pet park at this moment.
Our stainless appliances set include dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and microwave and/or vent hood.
Pest control can be scheduled by entering a work order.
Our onsite staff will not accept packages on behalf of residents; However, we are equipped with full-size package lockers, and any oversized packages may be delivered directly to your door.Â
Our Fitness Center is open 24/7 with access control.
Our Fitness Center has everything you need to stay in shape! We have free weights up to 75 lbs, Treadmills, Cycling, Stair Climber, TRX bands, Smith Machine, Motion Cage and so much more!
We do not allow private events in our public spaces.
Occasional overnight guests are welcome at The Vue at Desert Color in St. George, UT. Guests may stay for up to 10 total nights per month, in accordance with community policy and lease requirements.

No, we currently do not offer furnished apartments.
A 3-month lease is an additional $300 monthly fee on top of the market rent. 4-5 month lease term is an additional $200 monthly fee on top of market rent.
Utilities
Electricity will be set up in your name and paid directly to Dixie Power. All other utilities: water, sewer, trash, CAM, pest control are billed monthly on top of rent through the resident portal.
At the time of move in you will be required to provide proof of an active gas and electric account. The property uses a 3rd party utility company who will charge you for water, sewer, and trash based on an allocation forumla.
The property has been wired for high speed internet. Fees for internet are billed seperately and due with your monthly rent each month.

No. A New Security Deposit is required for each apartment when transferring apartment homes. There are also associated transfer fees and notice requirements. Please give us a call to learn more.
No. Subleasing your apartment is not allowed. However, you are allowed to add a roommate anytime during the lease terms. Added Roommates must be approved by Management and pass qualification criteria.
Our Residential Lease Contract allows a lease to be terminated by giving a 60-Day Notice and paying 3X's the rent, plus any concessions back, as a termination fee. Rent will be due through the 60 day notice period.

We are not close by to any public transportation.
We are in the heart of the master planned Desert Color Community. Nearby grocery stores include Costco Wholesale, Smiths Marketplace, and Sprouts. We are conveniently located 10 minutes from the St. Geroge Airport and are only a 35 minute drive to Mesquite. Restaurants close by include, Mo'bettahs, Swig, Jersey Mikes, Chipotle, Silver Reef Brewing Co, and Georges Corner. Reservoir's close by include Sandhollow, Quailcreek, and Gunlock.
